We expect prices to remain flat into QIII / QIV 2014.
• NXP and TI massively raised prices on PDIP package
• NXP lead times for TSSOP are up at 20 weeks.
• TI is again significantly raising prices on it´s high rel ceramic logic parts.
New cost prices will be multiples of the previous ones.
• ON Semi discontinued mainly CD4K DIP pack. Lead times at ON Semi are selectively in the
range of 16-20 weeks.
• Logic DIP package: in general we see overall tendencies to further defocus on DIP pack an
expect ongoing price increases.
